Supervision
Licensure Supervision · $100/hour
Supportive and collaborative clinical supervision for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors seeking growth, confidence, and professional development. Supervision focuses on ethical practice, clinical skill building, case conceptualization, and developing your authentic therapeutic style.
Group Supervision · $50/hour
Group supervision providing a structured, reflective space to explore clinical challenges, strengthen case conceptualization, deepen ethical awareness, and learn from the shared insight of peers.
Open to all levels of clinical experience.
Peer to Peer Consultation · $80
Individual 1 hour sessions designed for licensed clinicians seeking meaningful dialogue, fresh perspectives, and ethical clarity without the structure of formal supervision. Together, we can explore case conceptualization, treatment approaches, countertransference, professional development, and the evolving demands of clinical practice.
Consulting
Strategic consultation for therapists and helping professionals looking to build, grow, or refine their private practice. Consultation may include guidance on documentation development, compliance, clinical systems, and workflows.

Position Type
All clinician roles are offered as W2 positions with flexibility and autonomy built into your schedule and caseload. Full time positions maintain an average of 24+ client sessions weekly; part time positions maintain an average of 10 to 23 client sessions weekly.
Compensation
Fee split is based on current insurance reimbursement rates and/or private pay rates.
- 60/40 split for fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LLP)
- Paid bi weekly via direct deposit
